# Identifier le canal préféré des clients

## Description du cas d’usage

Détectez quand les clients ne réagissent plus à votre communication et passez au canal le plus préféré.

Afin de personnaliser la communication avec les clients, identifiez le canal préféré. Par exemple, si les clients n’ont réagi à aucun de vos emails, essayez plutôt d’envoyer un SMS ou une push notification.

## Configuration du cas d’usage

Étape 1 : créez de nouveaux Augmented User Attributes pour ajouter de nouvelles métriques liées aux activités des clients : nombre de commandes au cours des 2 derniers mois, nombre de visites, email ouvert, clics…

Étape 2 : créez un segment pour cibler, par exemple, les clients n’ayant pas ouvert d’email au cours des 2 derniers mois

Étape 3 : créez un stream pour envoyer les utilisateurs du segment précédemment créé vers une solution SMS ou push notification
