## Description du cas d’usage

Augmenter la Customer Lifetime Value, renforcer la fidélité des clients et **éviter le churn**.

Marquez vos clients en fonction de leur comportement pour passer d’un statut à un autre (Gold, Silver…). Définissez les récompenses et les gains pour chaque statut et communiquez par email toute modification ou promotion.

## Configuration du cas d’usage

Étape 1 : créez de nouveaux Augmented User Attributes pour FLAG vos clients selon leur statut (définissez les conditions d’entrée et de sortie des flags). 1 flag par statut

Étape 2 : créez des segments basés sur les flags créés précédemment (= statut de fidélité) et d’autres conditions si nécessaire. 1 segment par statut
